Some recipes don’t stay in one kitchen. They travel!

From Orsogna to New York — Sabbia serving paccheri al pesto with the heart of Abruzzo in every bite.

This is what “On the Road” tastes like.

From Orsogna, a small town in Abruzzo, Italy, to Staten Island, Lambertville, and beyond, Sabbia is bringing authentic Italian cooking on the road.

This new blog category, “On the Road,” follows my journey as I share traditional Italian cuisine across New York and New Jersey through special dinners, culinary events, and educational seminars.
