About Sabbia

Stepping out of the academic classroom and into the creativity of the kitchen, I discovered something beautiful: cooking is a language of memory.

The dishes we prepare today carry the voices of those who came before us — the hands that taught us, the aromas of home, the simple beauty of cucina povera.

I created Sabbia’s World as a place to share that culture. A space where recipes are not just instructions, but stories. I am not a chef.

I am someone who walks into the kitchen like a classroom — hands on, discovering the textures, the smells, and the traditions that shaped who we are.

Through cooking, travel, and teaching, I share the knowledge and experiences gathered from culture, work, and life.
